With 21 houses, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to 100 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 100 m. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 200 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The holiday village is car-free. Small grocery store 100 m away (open during peak seasons winter and summer).

Terrace 12 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Sweet home with wonderful views

Our vacation home was comfortable, clean and welcomed us warm. The kitchen had everything we needed from a dishwasher over a coffee machine to a freezer. The beds were soft and we slept really well. But the most remarkable was the view we had on the mountains on good weather days. Only thing to improve was the trash management. There was no waste separation.

Super!!

In 2025 zijn we hier (na ons eerste bezoek in 2024) teruggekomen voor twee weken. Wederom zijn we hier door de eigenaresse warm verwelkomt en kregen we van haar weer erg veel tips (wij komen vooral vanwege de vele 'hiking' mogelijkheden). locatie van de vakantiehuisjes is ronduit overweldigend met prachtige uitzichten. Alles is aanwezig en tip-tip verzorgd. We waren weer super tevreden en ik kan ook geen minpunt bedenken. Wie de massatoerisme wil ontvluchten zou ik dit ten zeerste aanraden!

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhige Lage, traumhafter Ausblick. Die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Lediglich der Check out bis 9 Uhr ist sportlich, zumal die Komfort Häuser nicht mit dem Auto angefahren werden dürfen. Wenn man sich daran hält, muss das gesamte Gepäck vom Haus zum Parkplatz getragen werden, was etwas Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Check out bis 10 Uhr wäre daher wesentlich entspannter.

Tolle Lage, atemberaubender Bergblick. Das Chalet hat alles, was man braucht, die Betten bequem und alles sehr sauber. Es haben sich alle wohl gefühlt.

Mooie woning met fantastisch uitzicht

Fijne woning, alles is aanwezig. Goeds keuken, goede douche en goede bedden. Minpunt is de helling omhoog, maar als je eenmaal boven bent met al je bagage en weer geniet van het uitzicht, dan is dat het waard

Praktisch, aber nicht sehr gemütlich

Alles funktioniert gut, Einchecken geht schnell und frendlich, das Haus ist gross, aber etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet. Zugang zum Haus mit viel Gepäck etwas mühsam auf steilem Weg (kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus). Gemütlichkeit ist anders: ein einziges Bild im ghanzen Haus, die Decken in den Räumen sind mit ca. 5m viel zu hoch, teilweise nur eine Glühbirne an der Wand statt Lampen. Für Ferien mit Kindern aber dennoch geeignet, das Skigebiet ist empfehlenswert.

Klug aufgeteilte Räume, nicht konsequent zweckmässig eingerichtet/ausgestattet (vgl. unten); umweltfreundliches Abwaschmittel sehr lobenswert Kundenservice vor Ort sehr freundlich und insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend; leider aber keine proaktive Information, dass die TV-Anlage aller Häuser nicht funktioniere ("no signal"). Dies hätte unnötiges Ausprobieren und Nachfragen beim Empfang erübrigt.

Fast perfektes Haus

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (eine Bratpfanne ist nicht viel). Der Weg zu den Häusern war leider sehr vereist. Vor allem, wenn man seine Utensilien noch transportieren muss, wurde es schon fast gefährlich. Das Personal am Empfang war super nett und freundliche.
