The holiday home has just been renovated and converted into a chalet. The chalet has a cozy atmosphere in winter with a sauna, floor heating and wood-burning stove and in summer with 10-12 hours of sunshine in the middle of the Montafon mountains at the entrance to the beautiful hiking paradise of Gauertal. On the ground floor, the chalet has a kitchen with all appliances (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer). Separate toilet, washroom, shower, sauna and cozy living room. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms with a view of the mountains and the valley.
The comfortably renovated chalet is located on a slope in the middle of the mountains at the entrance to the Gauertal and is in a quiet location. Ski touring and tobogganing can be done directly from the chalet in winter. It is approx. 500m to the Golm ski area. In summer, hiking trails and alpine routes as well as mountain bike tours lead directly from the front door to the Montafon mountains, which are well worth seeing. Summer specials (Alpine Coaster, forest slide park, flying fox, nature adventure trail, ...) in the immediate vicinity of the Alpenchalet Piz Hüsli. (500m) A fantastic view of the mountains and valley from the Alpenchalet and still directly accessible by car in summer. In winter you can park in a paid public car park about 300m below the hut. If you arrive and depart in winter, it is possible to transport luggage and people with your own quad.
