"Showerhead was glued on and broke immediately as soon as I turned it on. The gentleman at the desk did not speak English, and so he would not help me and I still got fully charged for the room even though I left two days early. Torn carpet everywhere, smell was very disgusting, stuck to my clothes. ..."
