Promissed Rewards discount, but charged full price

The hotel in general is good. Nice, new built and very clean rooms, quiet area. Pool is very small - much smaller than on the pictures. The downgrade is however food and service - very poor and overpriced food compare to what you can get in the nearby restaurants. We booked dinner at the hotel consisting of 3 dishes: salat (which waiter forgot to bring), main dish (which were cold) and cold tea, whic tasted like it was made fir couple of days before. The other negative thing is that I booked this hotel mostly due to a 20% Rewards discount, but was charged the full price. Not very professional from Hotels' side.

Cute small hotel at the outskirts of the city. Short hike to the forest. Longer walk to the city center and mineral water buvette. Excellent service with a personal touch. I felt taken care of like a family member. Wonderful homemade food. Beautiful gardens around the property with a variety of trees and flowers for every season. Area is quiet and serene.
