"Only one very small elevator to service people and all the luggage (long wait times). No stairs available. Very long check in line (30 minutes) poor air conditioning. Room hot. No hand towels, no frig. Only one pillow. Find another hotel!"

"The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. ..."

I wandered round trying to find reception. why they dont have any signs up to show you as looking through the window was a closed down bar and restaurant in a state of disrepair. No option for food or drink and arriving ..."
