"Nine adults and three children spent a week at this property. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of comfortable seating outside on the porch, nice big yard, and the pool was great on the very hot days that we used it. Not far from Watkins Glen or Ithica...and of course so many wineries/breweries. Quick responses from owner when questions asked. Would stay here again. "
