"We booked a room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday weekend because her wish was to stay at a hotel where she and a few friends could swim. After looking at options in Jonesboro, we chose what we believed would be one of the better hotels in the area. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was very disappointing. On the first night, the pool was closed and did not reopen until 9:00 p.m., and then it was shut down again about 15 minutes later. The next morning the girls were able to swim for about an hour before we stepped away to let others use the pool. When we returned later that evening after spending the day in town, the pool was closed again until 8:30 p.m., and once it reopened it was shut down again within about 30 minutes. The engineer who came to address the issue was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the reasoning behind the closures, which we appreciated. However, given the price of the room and the fact that the pool was the main reason for our stay, we were still very dissatisfied. It may also help to have staff monitor the pool area more closely. During our stay, we noticed several individuals using the pool who did not appear to have rooms at the hotel. Overall, we were disappointed with the inconsistency of the pool availability, especially since it was the main reason we booked the stay."

"We were very surprised this hotel had 4 * reviews! We will never stay in a Best Western again. This place was competely rundown. The walls & ceiling had cracks & stains. The curtain didn't close all the way letting in lots of street light. The bathroom was really bad. Breakfast was dismal. The young lady cleaning our room when we arrived was very sweet, which is why we give it 2 stars & not 1. This place really needs a total remodel & upgrade."

"The only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathroom and do a little better on your breakfasts. Other than that we would definitely come back. Staff was excellent. "

"Stayed here numerous times over the past year or so and have never complained, though I should have so I will keep this to the issues with this stay. The A/C didn't work. It would come on a few mins and only a couple of times did it ever do that. Washer/Dryer "Out of Order," lights/outlets by the beds didn't work. Asked for a room downstairs, close to office but was told when I arrived and double checked, neither were available yet walking past to get to the back of parking lot to get to the staircase going up to my room, I saw many, many unoccupied bc they leave curtains slightly open and you can clearly see inside to see they've vacant. Didn't arrive until the evening so if it were earlier, it would make more sense but this late at night, hard to believe they were booked up."

"Lots of places to eat nearby. Good for a night’s stay. Very nice to travel to if you’re on business. Surprisingly offers complementary toothpaste, which was nice considering I forgot to pack mine while packing in a rush. Overall pleased. Would stay again. "

"Everything was really clean, the staff was exceptional, the made to order breakfast was great. The room was really spacious and the air conditioner was really cold. No complaints at all during our stay. "
