The owners Karla and Hermann were very helpful and friendly. They gave good suggestions for local food. Hermann came right out into the street to help me with parking. Room was excellent: big, comfortable, excellent shower and large bathroom, wonderful terrace overlooking the garden. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good rhiings about this property. The owners Herman and Carla are the kindest most accommodating people I’ve ever met. We arrived late and they were waiting up for us. They helped with the luggage very clear instructions and details about the property. It is clear in every way that that take personal pride in all aspects and the tiniest details. The room was clean, well appointed, comfortable, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen, radiant heat in floors, quiet, comfortable bed I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Trujillo stop looking and book this hotel. You will be very happy. We travel to Spain for several months every year and we will be back here again. Every now and then you run into a real gem. This is one of those. After Herman went and got our car for us and helped load all of our luggage. He ran inside and grabbed a rag and some spray cleaner to remove the bird poop from our car. Just a small example of the service and attention to detail you receive at this hotel.

What a gem!

What a gem! Absolutely loved it and we promise we will be back. Room was lovely and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette fully equiped. Situated close to the main plaza withe a few shops to browse at our leisure. And not forgetting a lovely garden to sit in.

Excelente relación calidad precio, estudio muy limpio y amplio con todas las necesidades cubiertas. El trato de los anfitriones es excepcional, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, te recomiendan donde ir y que ver en Trujillo, agradezco su recomendación por el camino paisajístico hacia Guadalupe, fue una pasada. El Aparcamiento puede ser un problema, pero tuve mucha Suerte que logre aparcar casi frente al apartamento, con la ayuda del anfitrión por supuesto. Lo recomiendo por supuesto y volveré seguramente aqui.

Increible atención para un Hotel de Bandera!!

Gran alojamiento, mas grande de lo que en las fotos pueden orientar. Increible la atención prestada por los regentes Karla y Herman. Un hotelazo 5 estrellas con una antención 10, nada que ver con los hostales y hoteles de la zona. Sabiendo que iba con un bebe, no solo prepararon la cuna, le pusieron una toalla para ella tipica de bebe, y cubiertos y platos de niño. Además completaron el mobiliario con una Trona. Encantado de volver algún día y como no, recomendarlo a todo el que visite la zona de Trujillo.
