Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy

"The hotel is beautiful, unique and I had a great stay. What I didn't like is that at the moment of my arrival they didn't have available valet parking service, and didn't have available parking in the hotel. I had to park my car at a very expensive parking across the avenue."
