Mountain top cabin in the heart of the Uwharrie National Forest!
- Enjoy a stay at one of the few mountain top homes in the Uwharrie National Forest! This delightful cabin is a secluded retreat for guests, resting within the forest boundary with hiking and gorgeous views right from the front door. With 2 bedrooms featuring a king bed and a bunk bed, along with a half bath, and a hot/cold outdoor shower this cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A kitchenette and eating area contains a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven and coffee bar. The cabin is approximately 1 mile from the National Recreation Trailhead, about 4 miles from the OHV and horse trails, and about 2 miles from multiple kayak access points along the Uwharrie River and Tillery and Badin Lakes. This peaceful property is 29 minutes or less from the NC Zoo, Starworks, and Seagrove's Pottery Row. The cabin is equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, and linens. Enjoy the glamping life with the convenience of WiFi, AC and a restaurant less than 1 mile away!
