About this property

Chic Brownstone in Historic Troy w/Furnished Deck

  • Escape to this chic first-floor apartment, where comfort meets style. Sip coffee on the furnished patio, fire up the grill for alfresco dining. Recharge in the cedar infrared sauna for two. Patio and sauna are shared by two other units,the deck is reserved for this unit. Downtown Troy is just minutes away. Need more space? Ask about booking other units! For security reasons, we have cameras on the first floor hallway and exterior to the backyard. There is no cameras inside of the listing units.

    Two Bedrooms:
    -1 Queen bed with plush linens
    -1 Full bed, perfect for extra guests

    Additional Sleeping:
    -2 cozy couches in the living room, ideal for relaxation or extra sleepers. Roll away bed is available as well.

    Fully Equipped Kitchen:
    A modern kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal

    Private Back Deck:
    Newly renovated with stylish lounge seating, exclusively for your use.

    Shared Amenities:
    -Backyard patio for relaxing outdoors is mainly for the guests staying in the basement and second floor unit.
    -Cedar infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation is shared by all guest.

    This is a very quiet, calm street, less than ten minutes from downtown.

    Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.
    1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
    2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
    3. No pets allowed
    4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
    5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
    6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .

The hosts were outstanding with their communication and responsiveness. The apartment was well decorated, well appointed and everything worked properly. It was exceptionally clean. Street parking was always available. Location was convenient to highway for visiting our relatives in Troy, East Greenbush & Albany. Great coffee and pastry at Jacob Alejandro coffee shop!
