"We stayed here for our honeymoon and were really pleased with the customer service. Waiting staff are very hardworking, polite and humble. We tipped staff in cash where we could as we were not sure how the tipping system works. There is lots to do - a lot of the water sports are free and beach area staff are very attentive. The banyan area with the adult pool is also well maintained - notable mentions to Saif and Vikesh who were always at hand to help. Food is good with lots of options - particularly BBs burgers/Bodrum Blue/Creole Smokehouse and the ice cream bar. We went half board as we do not drink alcohol and thought this worked out well. Spa facilities are decent with slots that you need to book which is good so that it does not get crowded. My wife also had a massage here from Nishma who was a friendly therapist. We were also kindly given a few things complimentary as Abeday at reception noted that it was our honeymoon. Hotel in general well maintained and clean, nice big rooms with good aircon, some wear and tear in bathrooms but nothing overly concerning. We would come back in future."

"My family and I stayed one month in this comfortable villa. Eileen was very welcoming and responded quickly to our requests. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and about 15 mins walk to Mont Choisy public beach access. Bus stops at about 10 mins walk, supermarket 2 kms away, The place was as advertised. It included wifi, washing machine, linens and towels, simple kitchen with all the essentials, shared swimming pool that was regularly maintained, parking. The cleaning services once a week met the minimum requirements. Overall the villa was good value for money and we recommend for a comfortable stay!"

"Lovely hotel and a great beach. Stayed in a tropical junior suite and it’s spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom is great and there is also an outside shower. Breakfast is varied and the area is kept spotless (such an improvement compared to Constance Belle Mare). We had dinner at Caravelle and Blue Ginger, all very nice. Lunch was at La Plage and it’s good. Beach service is efficient. Would come back!"

"Staff members have been so friendly and kind. First class service. We stayed for four nights in a junior beach front room facing the sea. The room was excellent; sea view awesome; four swimming pools; fabulous entertainment every night. The cleaning team (Reagan) was so efficient and ensured that our room was cleaned every day. The staff at the Citronelle restaurant were also very kind and helpful. ( Sweetie, Nisha, Mr Saheye, the lady who did our poached eggs every day The chefs were so friendly ) they all ensured that our stay was fab. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was awesome. We also met the HR assistant manager Darren who gave us a warm welcome and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Memorable stay. We would like to visit again. Highly recommended. "
