"My stay, overall, was excellent. I had a bit of trouble getting connected to the right person who would let me in the building, but once I met her, she was extremely gracious and helpful-even with deciphering a matter connected to my mobile phone.

Also, there is no way to safely place the room key, when Reception is closed. There is a key box, but it requires a code, which I did not have. I was able to leave the key with a housekeeper."
