The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with a smart TV and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Three spacious bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, one is king size, one double and one twin and an upstairs WC. Driveway parking for one car.
This apartment is in close proximity to Gailes Links, Barassie Links, Royal Troon, Prestwick and Dundonald golf courses.
