"It is difficult to fault this hotel in any way. The rooms are spotless and well provisioned. The staff are courteous and friendly and breakfast and dinner options are plentiful and great quality, (we stayed half board) representing great value for money. All in all it was fantastic."

"We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too ! Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too Breakfast was brilliant selection and fresh , overall I would highly recommend this hotel as real value for money , great staff , thanks so much we will be back ! "The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms. "
