Front entry is very dirty, bad first impression right away. Room was not cleaned properly at all. There is no front desk but I did receive texts each day from someone on the staff. I responded about the dissatisfactory cleaning and they assured me that the room will be cleaned the following day which it was. Hôtel was fine but could be kept up better. Great location, walking distance to Old Quebec is about 30 minutes.

We had some trouble with the check in process, primarily because there was no staff on site and everything was done electronically. We received the check-in info the night before our departure on our trip and we were on the road the next day. We had difficulty paying for the parking en route. I would recommend settling the parking payment in advance.
We stayed for 7 nights and were in the Grand Studio, which was clean and spacious. However the placement of the furniture is not practical for long-term stays - the TV is in an awkward place relative to the sofa, and the queen bed practically filled the niche it is in making it awkward for two people to use properly. The staff were attentive to any issues we had. The wi-fi worked well.
