We had two rooms and in one of these the air conditioner failed. The staff repeatedly challenged me that the air conditioner was working fine and I needed to give it more time. My sons finally came to our room and said they could not stay in their room any longer as it was too hot. I told the from desk lady and she challenged me again. I took her to the room and she admitted the room was not cooling. I told her that I should not be expected to pay for a room that was unusable and she agreed. Then, when the evening manager came, she argued with me aggressively that I was wrong. I left in utter frustration as I was so angry. Later, I went to the front desk again to settle the issue. She had me pay extra to have my two boys stay in my room. I did not, however, have to pay for the unusable room after a long discussion. This was a very frustrating experience for me and my family.
