"Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. "

We believed the condo had bathroom safety bars since we checked that it needed to be accessible. It was accessible, but not handicapped accessible. Thank you."
