"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"The place was not roomy for 4 people. Our pull out sofa bed has 2 pillows and no duvet… it was already after midnight when we figured it out, we have no duvet or blanket available. We didn’t want to bother the front desk or if there’s one available after midnight. So we just grabbed a sheets( like a big pillow) out side the hallway hamper just have something to use as blanket. The next day the hotel called that they’re missing 2 duvet…which in fact there were never duvet at the first place….so sorry but the experience of this place was horrible….sleep in a cold room."

"It was a beautiful stay. We loved staying in the smaller town, great easy hikes all around, super walkable. The bus stop is right down the hill and easy to reach from all the surrounding cities. I recommend renting a car, as the bus schedule can be limited and taxis can be very pricey. The house was so amazing, I would recommend caution as the stairs are quite steep and could be hazardous for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, amazing. Thank you!"

"Gorgeous home with brilliant view. You need a car, no food nearby. Management is slow to respond and wanted $50 for every half hour after checkout. We will want to return but be prepared!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Osla's cottage. The location is absolutely amazing....the scenery from every windows is just a postcard. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals...plus the owners were kind enough to leave us coffee, tea and all the essentials for the first few days. Beds are so comfortable but the serenity of the area/village is what it makes the place so magical. Plus you have hikes right across the road! I can think of just one thing...coming back soon!!!
