The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a charming small building and features a private entrance, accessible via a short flight of six steps. Inside, a practical entryway leads to the living area, which features a functional kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area, meanwhile, features a comfortable double bedroom. To ensure maximum privacy and comfort, the property features two bathrooms: one is located inside the bedroom, while the second is situated in the kitchen and is available for the exclusive use of guests in the living area. Upon request, an extra bed can be added for a small supplement of 20 euros, payable directly at the property.

Every detail is designed to ensure a carefree stay. The home is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in every room, and includes two televisions and a washing machine. Parking is also very convenient, as guests can use free parking on a municipal street located right near the property. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
Just 500 metres from the property, guests will find the restaurant “La casa del lago” on Lake Canterno. There is also an e-bike rental and assistance service available here, offering the opportunity to go on bike excursions to nearby villages along the 13-km bike and pedestrian path around the lake—ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
