"No issues outside. We engaged a suite, and found two rooms, sparsely furnished. TV's in each room, neither powererd on with remote, manually done. 1 chair total. The room was very clean."

Unfortunately, the receptionist on the night shift, whose duty ended at 7:30 a.m., spoiled our morning & negatively impacted the rest of our road trip. She was rude, became defensive during the interaction, & seemed unwilling to handle the situation professionally when I questioned her statement & asked for the manager’s name. That experience is the reason for the lost star."
