We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. "Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. "We stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink is outside the bathroom. Some people might like that but I have never been a fan. Shower was fantastic. I didn't have the breakfast the next morning but some of my group did and they said it was good. I would stay there again. "
