"This hotel is a little gem. Nestled in a gorgeous area with beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is also kind and helpful. "

"The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches. The disappointing aspect was the customer service: -The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english. -On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate."
