El apartamento lo teniamos dentro del parque encima del restaurante, muy limpio lo único no tenia aire , hacia calor y teniamos que aguantar los mosquitos o morir del calor. Si no todo muy bien! A repetir

Grand appartement avec accès gratuit au parc aquatique. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine. Check in compliqué car il n'y a pas d'accueil à la résidence et pas d'adresse de l'agence.

la posizione fantastica, vista mare da favola. il parco acquatico veramente bellissimo molto adatto per le famiglie. Peccato per la completa assenza di pulizia (all'interno ed esterno dell'appartamento) nonostante si debbano pagare 60 euro per le pulizie. Tutto il personale molto gentile

Horrible service

Every day at 8am there were works just outside our bedroom, we couldn´t sleep a proper morning in the entire time in the hotel. The walls were made by paper. One morning, at 8am on builder got inside our bedroom without even ringing the door bell. This is totally ILLEGAL. His excuse was to say: sorry I thought you were not in the room. And what if we weren´t. Who is he to get into my room with my personal belongings. What if i was naked in the room. UNACCEPTABLE. The owner of the hotel didn´t even give us a compensation for all the inconveniences caused. She just said sorry but a sorry didn´t fix the fact that we couldn´t sleep at all the whole week. On top of that, besides the hotel there is a inmigrant camp. The people kept talking till 3am and even 4am out loud. It has been a nightmare as it is impossible to rest in this place. I wouldn´t recommend it at all. There was not even a reception point, so If you need anything you have to keep calling a number and they don´t really help you at all.

Positivt var at det var en ny lejlighed og der var en skøn udsigt over Isola Rossa. Men - seng i stue gået i stykker og blev ikke udbedret samt wc bræt knækket og blev ikke udbedret. Værst og helt horribelt var dog at der var inkvarteret ca 40 flygtninge i vores baghave. Om dagen gik det selvom der var meget beskidt og meget skrald i relation hertil. Om natten var det helt galt, med råb, støj, slagsmål osv. Vi var meget utrygge og vores børn rædselsslagne.
