Waterfront 1 level house w/ 108' of Unobstructed Views,HUGE Yard and double dock

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living. Sleeps 10 comfortably - Room for 2 additional people. FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay. BRAND NEW expanded double dock [12/25] The boat lift is available upon request.

Modern kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot, microwave, blender, griddle [for extra cooking space], lots of spices and cooking oils, pots, pans, baking sheets, towels, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Lots of gadgets for cooking at home to take in the amazing view.

Each adult bed has extra comfort bed topper with plenty of extra pillows. Beds comfortably sleep 10 with extra space for 2 on the couch or blow up bed.

Stunning Multi-Level Dock - Enjoy lake life at its best on our beautifully designed, multi-level dock. The spacious lower deck is perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water, while the upper-level rooftop deck offers breathtaking panoramic lake views. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing. A true highlight of the property! We also have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and water toys galore. *The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a couch sleeper or blow up bed to accommodate 2 more (6 adults and 6 children)*

We have covered outdoor patio seating for 12 to take advantage of the calming water. We also offer a screened in porch if you don't want to sit in the open air. It is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out while the kids play in the spacious yard.

We have a propane grill on the covered patio - one side is for grilling and one side is for smoking [pellet smoker. You will need to bring your own pellets]. We also have extra fold-able tables available for you to use in the garage.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer corn hole and ladder ball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.

* 3-night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends and in the summer!!
* Pets: We are happy to accommodate your dogs (under 50 lbs please) - 2 maximum. There is a mandatory Pet Fee.
* There are several outdated photos of our outside dock / deck. Photos will be updated Spring 2026. I have put a few photos of our new dock / deck. It is AMAZING.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
KITCHEN: Please wash your dishes and leave the kitchen as you found it. Unplug appliances you used and returned them to their original location.
TRASH: Tie garbage bags and place them in trash cans at the end of the driveway. If the cans are not at the end of the driveway, please make sure they are placed there for trash pick up.
SHEETS & TOWELS: Please strip sheets and pillowcases off bed and leave in the bedroom. Put used towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront lakehouse! The views were incredible — 108 feet of peaceful, unobstructed lakefront that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for fishing and spending time outdoors. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — especially the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking together so easy. We can’t wait to come back!

The back yard is large and totally fenced. Our little dog really enjoyed going out in it and exploring. The entire place is beautiful and excellent. The high point was when several hundred ducks were in the waiter near the pier … then they all took off at once. What a beautiful sight. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks Laura !!

Easter getaway

The property was perfect for our needs, the kids enjoyed kayaking, and our fur babies enjoys the back yard. The owners were very responsive if we had an issue, the neighbors were very friendly, and the fish were always biting. We will definitely be back!

Memorial Day weekend

The house is well-equipped and the location is great. We had a couple of small hiccups with check-in, but the owners were very nice and responded quickly. We especially liked sitting in the Adirondack chairs out near the water. The bunk room was a little tight and the grill needs some TLC, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay, overall!

I was sad to see the damage to such a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. I steal my family…husband, daughter and family son and family. I get to have them all to myself. For a week. So glad this wonderful home was available. We ate, we swam, played games and just really able to enjoy each other. Neighbors are wonderful and friendly. Fun Family Spot

We had such a great stay at Laura's place. The little cove they are in is perfect for the kids to fish, kayak, and play. The house with the big windows to wake up to the view of the lake and have coffee is beautiful. Will definitely go back!

Overall, a great stay. Kitchen was stocked well and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. Would have liked more hand towels and wash cloths, but it was fine. The location on the lake was great. The back yard and patio areas were very nice.

Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. The property is advertised as being fenced for pets, but the fence between the 2 houses was leaning against the house. Thank goodness we brought a rope for our pet.

Canton Flea Market Weekend

We had such a great time. The drive into Canton was a little longer than I expected but so worth every minute. I greeted the day with a cup of coffee with the egrets by the lake and ended the day the same way…without the coffee. It was so fun and relaxing to watch the fish jump out of the water each morning (I assume feeding) and watching the birds play on the wind currents In the evening.

Relaxing weekend with plenty to do

The house was nice and clean. The view was amazing! The whole family had fun fishing, kayaking, making s’mores and just relaxing! So thankful to the homeowners for sharing their home and outdoor equipments with us! We really only needed to bring our clothes and whatever food that we wanted to cook. A great stay overall.

WONDERFUL VACATION SPOT!!!!!

What a beautiful home!!!! The views are outstanding; the tranquility and peace that you experience is a true understatement. The kids had so much fun on the dock and swimming near the house. They ran barefoot in the yard and we with the large windows that face the water we could keep a close eye on them at all times. We will definitely be back!!!!!!! :-)

Awesome house

We (52, 52, 20, 17) really enjoyed staying in this home at Cedar Creek Lake. We took an end of summer quick trip out from Dallas, and couldn’t be happier with our choice of home. Laura was great to work witj, and quickly answered our questions prior to booking. Will definitely rent this home again. Cheers!

Great getaway for a little R&R!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The large, lush, and fenced back lawn was perfect for our dog and daughter to run and play. It was very windy and cool when we were there, so we were unable to do any water activities. But the view was beautiful! And the area was great and safe for riding bikes. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view

This house was the perfect stay for a long weekend. Bedding, towels and floors were very clean. Laura provided a couch cover so our dogs could also enjoy vacation. The neighborhood feels tucked away in the country with proximity to the neighbors still close. Restaurants aren't up the road so we meal prepped, bringing all of our own supplies. Lake toys and floating devices were included but bring your own beach towels. We made awesome memories here.
