The little gem offers amazing views of the lake and the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. Relax on the spacious deck with grill or enjoy the outdoor sports of Colorado. Skiing is just a day trip away. Kayak and fish in the lake, hike, mountain bike or just enjoy the beautiful views. This is the perfect spot to relax for up to 2 adults. Inquire about pets. Come and enjoy Colorado outdoors. This is 20 min from downtown. The roads are dirt and a 4WD is not required but may make travel easier in inclement weather.

Peaceful and lovely getaway

Extremely comfortable and well-stocked tiny home. A little off the main path but beautiful vies of lake Trinidad. Kitchen very functional, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Sweet goodies on arrival, including for my pup!

Beautiful view!! Nice trails to explore the area. House was clean and snacks were there for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to get into a warm bed!! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing retreat

This cozy little cabin was the perfect get away for us. The location is quiet and private, which made for a very relaxing experience. This was our first Vrbo rental and it really set the bar for the next one.

Wedding guest getaway

This property was exactly what we needed when my husband and I were attending a wedding across the lake at the State Park. We arrived a few days before the wedding and the cabin was a perfect retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed and the grill was easy to use and clean. The roads to get there can be rough but we were informed about that from the owner, as well as detailed driving instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with gorgeous scenery.

Great place that I’ll definitely recommend. It’s small and cozy just like we were looking for. We spent a lot of time on the back deck relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake and the mountains.

Great little cabin

The cabin was very nice and clean. The deck is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the view of Trinidad Lake. Downtown Trinidad was super close and a Walmart made grabbing supplies convenient. Easy check in/check out. We had a great time.

Superb Location and accommodations

Was a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Great accommodations and views. We used as our home base for 2 weeks and took day trips every day. Super responsive property owner and manager. We loved every minute there and were a bit sad to leave. We plan on revisiting next year.

Tranquility in the mountains

The small cabin was absolutely perfect for a long holiday weekend getaway. It was peaceful and cozy with a beautiful view of the lake, and while it felt remote, it was a short drive to basic shopping and restaurants. It was easy to communicate with our host, who made us feel welcome with some tasteful goodies.

Perfect Hideaway!

My husband and I were looking for a hideaway with an amazing view! This cabin did not disappoint! We spent majority of our time on the patio and Trinidad State Park, because the weather was perfect! The cabin had just what we needed! It was our first experience with a Blackstone too and already miss grilling on it. Amy and Laurin were terrific hosts!

Amazing views and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s so easy to relax in this location. There’s a lot to do close by or you can just sit at home and enjoy the quiet and the views. We saw a lot of wildlife in the neighborhood. The lake is only about 15 minutes away, there was hardly anybody out there on the lake at all. It’s So nice to get away from the city and all the people. I will definitely be coming back to this place to stay again! The cabin is super nice and clean.
