"Outstanding hospitality and professional service – Highly recommend! As a first-time traveler to Trinidad, I truly appreciated the incredible hospitality at the Hyatt Regency Port of Spain. During my stay, I experienced a brief scare when I returned to my room and found the door standing ajar. Thankfully, after checking my belongings, I discovered that absolutely nothing was missing. I immediately contacted reception, who promptly connected me with the security team. The security personnel were extremely professional. Following their investigation, the security manager on duty called me back right away to reassure me and explain exactly what happened. He informed me that the room attendant had simply failed to fully close the door after servicing it, and assured me he would bring it to the housekeeping manager's attention to prevent it from happening again. Their swift, transparent communication completely put my mind at ease. On a brighter note, the dining experience was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp Rasta pasta by the water while a live musician entertained the crowd. The entire food and beverage team was incredibly attentive and friendly. Despite the minor housekeeping oversight, the staff's professionalism and the beautiful atmosphere made this a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Port of Spain!"

"Great location for the airport. Breakfast was amazing! Pool area and pool were immaculate and lovely temperature. The only issue is there are no dining facilities close by - you need a taxi or car."

"Perfect location for getting around or going for long walks. It's in the heart of everything. Lovely staff. Room was nice, clean and comfortable with a little view of the ocean which I greatly appreciated. The lobby area is fantastic for chilling out solo or with a group. I'll definitely be back .....and oh having an ice machine a few steps outside my room was simply wonderful!!!"

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help.
