Very friendly and helpful staff it feels safe and like a little hideaway although its situated close to the busy highway. I had an awesome view of the savannah and Port of Spain area so beautiful especially the early morning view! Definitely will stay here again whether it's for business or pleasure! "

"We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!"

I did tell them the approximate time of my arrival flight, and I was picked up within a few minutes after I called them. A very friendly personality, as in, in just a few minutes, it felt like I had known her for a while! They also offer a courtesy trip to the nearby mall, etc. "
