I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Everything was top-notch.
• Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat.
• Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day.
• Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me.
• Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable.
Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.

The room was clean, but small with no where to put our luggage other than the floor.
The bed was very firm and a little lumpy.
The breakfast was mediocre. There was very little selection and the quality was mediocre.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location, we could walk to anywhere from there.
