"Super convenient and comfortable Pension-style hotel close to Liechtenstein and just minutes walk from the thermal baths. Shame about a lack of any staff, even during the day. Breakfast was better than expected and the coffee machine was a huge plus! The lounge/dining area was also a great place for us to sit and have dinner in the evenings (even if only to eat our own food)."

When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

"Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the...

Bus service to town looked convenient & free with hotel coupon. You are staying in a hotel attached to a shopping centre with very limited catering facilities at the weekend. There is a super coop & the hotel has a microwave available which is great with ready meals."
