Room is clean, staff were all very courteous and accommodating. The staff from the front desk, hotel crew and restaurant staff went up and beyond to make sure we got everything we need. The breakfast has a lot of options and delicious. We truly had a memorable and enjoyable stay at The Premium Splendid. Big thanks to all the staff.

I only stayed here 1 night but the staff was amazing so I wish I stayed longer! Especially Anna and Nancy! They even helped me do my flight checkin at the hotel computer because on mobile it was coming all Vietnamese:) I had come from a long way from Sapa so they offered me lemonade . That lemonade was like the best thing happened to me:)) the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good as well and location !

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.
