We didn't meet the housekeeper, they also worked very efficiently to get the room ready!), the room is renovated, there are TV channels in English (BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5), close proximity to the train station, refrigerator and free water, variety of light modes/options, mostly quiet, elevator/lift works, beautiful view. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great too, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of fresh options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive.
