"Great staff - reception staff very helpful with guidance as to getting around Liechtenstein but also our waitress at the affiliated restaurant for dinner was a great help with our small group (and had a good sense of humour!). Downside: no elevator in the legacy part of the hotel to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Makes luggage an issue and not helpful for those with mobility issues. One needs to reserve the newer section of the hotel if this is an issue. Great, comfortable bed - best night's sleep of the last two weeks on the road."
