5/5 Excellent
"Perfect location, with wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room, breakfast and happy hour unexpected bonus! "
"We were very happy with everything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel is nice and new. The only issue is the hotel is hard to find. Don’t follow google maps route, if you’re walking from the train station. It will take you around the block and double or triple the distance. Take a right when exiting the train station and then turn left on Fabio Filzi. You will then see a sign on the sidewalk that will direct you right to go to the hotel. The hotel is off the street by about 50 meters. "

"This was a beautiful property, as centrally located as I could possibly imagine, with an excellent and kind staff. Marie Elyse was so kind at check-in to surprise us with an upgrade to a better room that had become available for the night. Amazing! You are 100 meters away from the Duomo and from the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele, as well as tons of other shopping and dining options. Really amazing hotel, would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if ever in Milan."
"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why. My room was massive! My girlfriend, &. I both showered at the same time in different showers! Which is probably great, if you wait until the last min to get ready in the morning, and are running behind. lol The room also had a Suna, or steam room in it! My room seriously needed to be updated! However, my Tv was huge, & my bed was incredibly soft, & comfortable! The front desk had the kitchen prepare my girlfriend, & I 2 box breakfasts to go! We had breakfast included, but we had to be at the meeting point for our tour to Portofino at 7am the same time breakfast opens at the hotel. Had a great stay at the Westin, just wish my room was updated! "

"The location is fantastic, very close to Duomo. The hotel is an old hotel but very functional, spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, except the guy serving the front desk with white hair and glasses. We interacted with him couple of times, he always appeared to be unfriendly and grumpy. He joked my racial last name in a wrong way that I really felt offended. Other than that, we had a good stay and breakfast was good"
"Excellent room. Welcoming bottle of wine and cake. Pillow menu selection via QR code. If you need to stay close to central station, this is the place "
