Slightly lowered floor villa located 3.5 km from the crystal clear sea of Tricase Porto and Marina Serra with private road and garden and outdoor shower. Consists of two bedrooms, one double and another with two single beds that can be coupled if necessary and an additional 2 beds that can be placed in the living-dining room with double sofa bed. The house has two full bathrooms with shower stall one and shower curtain the other and double climate (living room and small bedroom).
