"The reception ladies gave us a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, very kind and helped us immediately by finding parking and bringing our luggage to our room. The breakfast and restaurant team were outstanding! Every single meal was a delight. "Staff helpful. Free car park and beach chairs at Medina beach is handy. Hotel itself is nice, our room was bit dated but clean, and we did hear people next door and above Had balcony but it’s not private as everyone around you can see and hear you Also the balcony cover could be more stronger as it didn’t shade you from strong sun Breakfast was nice, great choice of food There is also wellness room with hot tub and saunas Pool bar but the area didn’t look appealing to us Beach was lovely tho "

"Had a great two bedroom family room both had balconies with sea views and their own bathrooms. We ate in both restaurants and both were great! But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We felt thoroughly looked after."

"Everything was OK, but nothing exceeded the expextations. Biggest problem was the reservation of the sunbeds on the pools. You basically need to wake up early if you want to get any place to spend the day by the pool. Around 8:30 all the sunbeds reserved with towels by the main pool. No one there though, only the towels. Also the pool bar was not open. If you want to get a drink, walk up to the hotel, order from the lobby bar and take the drink back to the pool. Or bring your own. Overall OK,...

"Getting to the hotel was easy and parking was convenient. It was low season in April so they upgraded me to a room with an ocean view so that was a nice treat. Rooms were clean and roomy with a gorgeous view. Service was friendly. They have a sauna with hot tub that closes at 8 so I went toward the end and it wasn't staffed at all. So I had to find my own towels and navigate to the lockers and use their services in a vacuum but it was fine. It was actually nice to be there, sipping my cucumber...

"We booked a family room for 4. It happened to be at the very attic of the building with low ceilings (we needed to really watch out heads not to get hurt getting out of beds). There were a few chairs piled in one part of the room and a “Please do not enter” sign on one of the doors. We had a feeling that this area was used as a storage and once they got a reservation they tried to convert it into some kind of a guest room. Not the best experience for sure… "

"There was an issue in that our reservation could not be found so it took a while to sort - none of this was the fault of the staff as they worked to sort us a room before resolving their issue that led to the booking being hidden from them! All turned out fine, credit to the staff who worked to sort the issue as quick as they could."
