Four mins drive down hill to Triberg downtown where has a grocery store and the waterfall entrance. Good black forest cake in the cafe in the Black Forest Musuem. Access to the apartment involves driving up to top of hill and walking up several sets of stairs. Apartment is on the top level with sloped ceiling. "Ruim, schoon, licht huis met fijn terras en prachtig uitzicht. Uitzicht betekent natuurlijk wel (pittig) klimmen vanuit het dorp naar het huis ;-) Er is een schuurtje voor fietsen. Host Annette is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens ons verblijf was de bovenverdieping nog niet in gebruik, waardoor de privacy groot was. Wandel mogelijkheden vanuit het huis. Prima uitvalsbasis voor verdere verkenning van het Zwarte Woud. Met de bijbehorende gastenkaart gratis naar oa de waterval. Heerlijk...
