"The stay was comfy and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. My issues were the pool was too cold for me to really enjoy, despite it being hot outside, and the ease of getting a shuttle back. The water may have been warmer if it was outdoors and soaked up some sunlight. There was also a nice bar/restaurant on site. I only ordered some drinks to go but service was friendly. I did have an issue on my return trip. No one at this facility was answering the phone when I needed a shuttle back to the hotel to get my car. I ended up calling the sister hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and they helped me out. Also, do not pay for parking through Expedia. The hotel does not take that as payment for parking which is $10 a day. So now I'll have to take time out of my day to sit on the phone with Expedia and hopefully get my $30 back."
