"Spent the weekend as I was checking my son into residence at Oregon State. It's not super close (about 50 minutes to Corvallis) but, I was looking for something quiet and pleasant for a family. The Hillside Deck Cottages definitely fit the bill - clean, quiet and friendly hosts made for a truly lovely stay. The size and shape of the cottages are quite unique but very functional and offer an enjoyable place to relax and socialize both indoors and especially outdoors where there's a propane fire pit and grill. The kitchen is small but has all the necessities including oil, spices, and condiments, which I really appreciate. Marty and Janine were warm and welcoming, giving a tour upon arrival as well as recommendations for places to enjoy around the area. Would be very happy to visit again in the future!"
