Tucked away in the hills of West Virginia, just outside of Oglebay is the most gorgeous place! It feels like walking into the home of a friend, full of love and memories. Tons of space with a massive great room, including a piano, pool table and fireplace! The owners were amazing and responsive. I notified them of an issue I had and it was resolved within the hour. I will definitely be coming back.
Great location to Ogelbay resort and the house was very well equipped and plenty of space for family entertaining! We enjoyed the large rooms and pool table!
Friendly host. Arrived to a basket of fresh eggs which were awesome. The location was quiet and very roomy. We needed four bedrooms and that was no problem We all enjoyed it and we never felt crowded; there were 13 of us.;
Four bedrooms give privacy and plenty of room for activities at the rental. The hosts were very supportive to our needs and went above and beyond on various courtesy’s. Family members when getting to their homes thought the Innisfree Farms Estate House was a great vacation to spend and enjoy the facility. They wondered how we found such a enjoyable stay.
It was a great place for our family to gather for thanksgiving.
It was a good experience. The reservation provides with Vrbo was user friendly and the hostess was accessible and very helpful.

Great House for Families
We rented this house to celebrate my son’s college graduation. We had family coming from all over the country. The house is neat & very comfortable. The property is beautiful. It has wonderful accommodations for kids and adults.
We had a great experience at this property. Hilary made the check in process extremely easy. We enjoyed a cold and snowy Christmas gathering with extended family. The wood burning fireplace and pool table in the great room made for a great “ski lodge” type experience. We would definitely stay here again.
A large group of golfers stayed at Innisfree Farms recently. The property met our needs and with the exception of a few things which were resolved quickly, we had a great time.

Great Family Vacation
We spent a wonderful week together in this spacious home in the hills of West Virginia. We had six adults and 4 kids and there was room for all to roam and have their own space even when it rained outside. The pool table was a popular spot, as was the piano, and of course the kitchen. Everyone wants to know when we can come again now!
The home was quite large for our small family. We took advantage of the trails on the property. The homeowner was quite responsive when we lost power and got us help immediately when the generator wasn’t working appropriately. We really enjoyed the great room with the piano and pool table.
Full of charm and uniqueness. You can’t really appreciate the amazing spaciousness and serenity until you see it for yourself. Close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough out to get that mountainside cabin feel. Host was incredibly responsive. If you’re looking at area resorts, give these guys a try. We’ve done them both, but this is the place we’ll be coming back to!
Our group of ladies had an amazing time at the house. The photo of the game room does not do it justice. It is huge with wonderful leather furniture, pool table in excellent shape, and large porch with gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. Caretaker Wayne, even brought us cookies!

Peaceful days in the WV Hills
Great family house. Set up for kids. Our daughters dog loved it there, he saw deer every day in the yard. We really enjoyed the stone fireplace and cooking together. Master bedroom has skylights, so bring your sleep mask. Also one bedroom upstairs has skylights as well. Lots of windows, and pool table in the giant family room. Just remember it's wooded so there are tics around in tall grass etc.. Found some on the dog. Owners are great to work with. We may return some time!
"Fantastic, Ma" was the reaction of my 11-year-old grandson who was first to explore the house and it was his last reaction to the estate house we rented for a few days where my sons and their families (9 of us) stayed. My brother and nephew live nearby so they and other family members joined us for fun especially outside and in the family room (20 total at times with the visitors). Some learned to play pool and a one-year-old worked on achieving ability to step up and down at the one step between rooms plus 3 visiting little ones (under 3 years) enjoyed the toys and the outdoor play area. Service and accommodations were all so nice we are already planning a return visit next year! The porch area was wonderful at all times-- including in the rain and late at night and no bugs! We lived near there previously and, of course, love Oglebay Park for golf and lots of activities so close. The kitchen, pantry, laundry area were all wonderful and it was great to have beds made when we arrived. Not having to take linens, towels, and basic supplies was really helpful. We didn't need to call for help at any point though we were given contact information, but we really appreciated the great communication, service, and hospitality of Hilary!
Had a fantastic week here! The kids all loved the porch swings. We all loved the patio and spent countless hours chatting, playing games and reading on it. A wonderful place in a beautiful setting with lots of great hiking and sight seeing nearby!
We had an absolute wonderful time at the Innisfree Home! It was close to all the fun things to do yet in a beautiful setting! Hilary and Chris were amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we needed! The house was clean and the washer and dryer were certainly nice to have! The home was large enough for our whole crew (3 kids and 9-11 adults)! We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the swing set and swings on the deck for the kids! We had a blast! Thanks for the hospitality!
From start to finish it was fantastic. Working with the owner and maintenance was very positive. The home was in a wonderful location surrounded by nature. Simply put a Beautiful location to relax and have fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great old home!
My family and I had a wonderful time at Innisfree. There were 8 adults and 4 children under 5, along with 2 dogs. We celebrated Christmas and Hilary had put up a huge gorgeous tree and decorations, and we all felt at home, the furniture and beds were comfy and the artwork was great! I loved the clouds!! The porch gas fire pit was awesome and the 2 older grandchildren enjoyed toasting marshmallows. The caretaker, made sure we had plenty of wood for the indoor grand fireplace, which was awesome. My 95 year old mom enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and she remembered how to play “heart and soul” on the piano and so we were able to do that together like we did when I was a child. That was pretty cool! The air hockey table was a hit, and well, we all had a wonderful time and hope to come back summertime. There was so much to explore outside but weather wasn’t cooperative this trip. The Christmas light display, 5 minutes away, was beautiful and a must see. I wish we had gotten to the train museum. So much to do, so little time! This must of been the best home to grow up in! Thank you for letting us enjoy Innisfree and explore a little bit of WV! ❤️
