"Room is basic and appropriate to price point. Bed is firm and heating/ac are sufficient. Cleanliness varies greatly and most rooms are in need of basic cleaning when you check in. The staff varies greatly in responsiveness to concerns and problems. Parking is adequate and valuables should not be left in vehicles. "

"Nothing other than the staff was acceptable. The electricity went out just 8 hours into our 2 day stay and was not restored when we finally moved to another hotel after waiting over 14 hours for electrical reatoration. None of this was the fault of hotel staff, however was very stressful for my and my husband. My husband had had surgery early that morning and was to rest there until the next morning. It became an untenable situation and we moved to another hotel, which was very difficult. The staff has worked with Expedia to issue a refund for one of the two days, for which we are very grateful. My suggestion would be a back up generator that would allow the entire hotel to have electical service during an outage. "
