"Vittorio was a great host, for a fee he picked us up at the airport and took us back. Apartment is in the heart of the historic district and you can walk everywhere. Extra bathroom was nice, we were with our 2 kids 20 and 18 and they slept fine in the loft. No bugs so you can open the windows and get a great breeze, hang clothes on drying rack on veranda. Large patio where you can unwind in the evening. We cooked dinner 4 nights out of seven, it worked out great. Restaurants, grocery stores,...

"Our stay was ok. The vibe of the place is very homey, peaceful. Very tiny for Caucasian occupants. Walking distance from all means of transportation. Near the grocery except that it closes at 8pm. Near restaurants."

"The property was clean and the owners were very friendly. They allowed us to drop our luggage early. I would recommend this property to families. It was nice to have the 3 bathrooms. The outdoor space was wonderfull as well."

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"Great place, close to the Vatican plus all local amenities. Clean and quiet, and Isabella was a wonderful host. Easy and flexible check-in. Be ready to climb stairs, but i view this as a nice short workout. Close to markets and local eateries (recommend Ahora poke bowl) so didn't have the need to cook. Would definitely stay again based on location and cute quaint flat. Thank you for sharing!"

"Guila is so easy to deal with. We loved the location and the apartment. But, the listing really should advise that you will be lugging your things up 74 steps. It took my back out and limited the number of times we wanted to return during the day. It’s a huge impediment for elderly or anyone with an issue that could not do the steps. The washer was broken and we had planned to do laundry."

"Property is fantastic, rooms are slightly cramped but that's what you expect in Rome. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport. We didn't mind since we travelled in a group. "

"Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry from 8am-11pm with washers and dryers. Great for families, well supplied kitchen, 2 TVs, USB charging, even included fuzzy slippers for each person. Very good breakfast buffet with baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, a pancake machine which kids loved. Excellent location about 10 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station, 15 min walk to Piazza Navona. Very safe location with lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Will definitely...
