"We have stayed at a number of different hotels in the Gainesville area while visiting my daughter (a student at UF), but this was the first time staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites by 75. The room was impeccably clean, check-in was seamless, and it is next to a large shopping center, so if I had needed anything, I could walk over to get it. (This is also walkable to a number of student apartments, including our daughters.) This Holiday Inn Express is paired with a Staybridge Suites, and one point of confusion is that there are two lobby areas, and two continental breakfast areas. One of those continental breakfast areas (the one closest to my room) had a fruit bar with a variety of different fruits, and also a bar with add-ons for the savory breakfast offerings (like eggs) that had guacamole, chopped tomaties, cheese and additional toppings; however, the breakfast area closer to the Holiday Inn Express lobby did not appear to have those offerings (I checked on my way out), so you might have to look around to find the "fancy" breakfast. Anyway, I will definitely be staying here again."
