First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. "Breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly. Parking was good. Everything was clean. My only problem is you can hear everything in the rooms. We got no sleep at all, which we needed so that we can do a 9 hour drive. So we are disappointed that no sleep occured. Soundproofing would be ideal or hang up more items as the hallways echo loudly. "
