Dog Friendly
We had an Amazing stay at Moutan in Trentham.The house and gardens were beautiful. We travelled with our dogs and extended family. the dogs had a marvellous time exploring the gardens. It was s short walk up the Main Street for delicious food and coffee. We would definitely stay again!

Location was exactly what we wanted and the layout suited us down to a tea. We left a note re: minor maintenance items that need to be attended to along with a suggestion that a small local produce basket would have been nice and a visitor directory should be done for that rental accommodations.

Moutan Trentham Victoria
Set in a beautiful peaceful setting, surrounded by lovely gardens with beautiful bird life. The home felt welcoming from the first instant, with plenty of room for entertaining and places to retreat to. Only one small criticism is that master bedroom bed a bit too hard for us. All other beds very comfortable. A wonderful place.

Lovely home wonderful location however the cleanliness needed to be addressed.Fridge dirty , kitchen benches dirty and two of the three bathrooms not clean at all.The stay was still lovely once we accepted that we needed to spend 30 minutes cleaning.All over it was fine

Magical Garden
This property is all we hoped it would be, arrived to find the house heaters on which was a bonus as it was so cold outside. very clean magical garden. The only downside was the fact that we wanted to cook a roast for dinner and the roasting pan was so dirty and had rust, we could not use it, no bowls to mix food in. All the family just loved the house as well.
