Wir vermieten unsere individuelle 3 Zimmer Ferienwohnung "Casa Oliva D'Oro" in Tremosine sul Garda, am wunderschönen Gardasee.
Da wir die Wohnung auch so oft wie möglich selber nutzen, haben wir uns bemüht, sie mit viel Liebe zum Detail einzurichten. Für uns ist ein Besuch am Gardasee auch immer ein bisschen "nach Hause kommen".
Dieses Gefühl möchten wir gern mit unseren Gästen teilen.
Die Wohnung bietet auf ca. 70 m² Platz für max. 4 Personen - mit zwei Terrassen und fantastischem Seeblick.
Diese 3 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in einem privaten Terrassenhaus in Tremosine sul Garda,
einer der schönsten Gemeinden des Gardasees.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Privatstraße, etwa 5 Minuten vom Ortskern Pieve entfernt.
Sie erreichen die Ortschaft Pieve z.B. über die spektakuläre "Strada della Forra", durch die Brasa Schlucht und mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf den Gardasee.
Tremosine ist für seine zahlreichen sportlichen Aktivitäten bekannt. Vor allem für Wanderer, Mountainbiker, Motorradfahrer und Tennisspieler ist die Region ein absolutes Muss.
Umgeben von einem schönen und gepflegten Terrassengarten, mit Blick auf den
Gardasee und Monte Baldo, bietet diese Wohnung für Sie und Ihre Familie unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente.
Auch die charakteristischen Restaurants und Bars im historischen Ortskern von
Pieve sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie frische Brötchen am Morgen, finden sie in einem kleinen Laden, ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Den beliebten Ort Limone sul Garda erreichen Sie in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem PKW, gleichzeitig genießen Sie in Tremosine die Ruhe, abseits der touristischen Zentren des Gardasees.
Die Wohnung besteht aus dem offen gestalteten Wohnbereich mit großen Fenstern, die einen Blick auf die großzügigen Terrassen und den Gardasee erlauben, einer modernen, voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich für bis zu 4 Personen und einer gemütlichen Fernsehecke mit Sofa und Ohrensessel. Ein Highlight des Wohnzimmers ist der Kachelofen, der Ihnen auch in der kühleren
Jahreszeit wohlige Wärme spendet.
In der Wohnung befinden sich weiterhin zwei Schlafzimmer. Ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Wenn Sie Ihre Fahrräder mitbringen möchten, finden Sie hierfür einen großzügigen,
selbstverständlich abschließbaren, Abstellraum mit Lademöglichkeiten für e-Bikes.
Seit diesem Jahr bieten wir von Mai bis Ende September eine kostenlose Pool-Nutzung für unsere Gäste im nahe gelegenen Hotel Panorama an.

Haustiere sind, mit Rücksicht auf unsere Gäste mit Allergien, leider nicht gestattet.
