  • "Lenno Sopra Spese" is a brand new apartment in Lenno, one of the most popular and warmest villages on the lake on the favoured west side of the lake. Approx 3 minutes walk from cafe, pizzeria, supermarket, bus route. No car required. Private secure parking space if required at the home. Features include a swimming pool (shared), TV, DVD, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons inc microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. Fans, hair-dryer, cot and high chair. Please ask for more details. 10 min walk to lake and village centre. Sunny location. 2 ferry stops in Lenno and Campo within walking distance. Boat hire, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), restaurant and beach bar within walking distance, Richard Branson's Villa Cassinella all located here in Lenno. Accessible to touristy villages such as Menaggio and Tremezzo. Bellagio a ferry ride away.
    For guests using a car, the home is conveniently located close to the mountain to lake road which accesses the village. The apartment includes secure gated parking. However as the village, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance a vehicle is not essential in our view for this home.
