Our cosy, quietly located, and fully equipped 65-square-meter holiday apartment for up to 5 (+2) people offers the perfect blend of nature, sports, and relaxation—right in the heart of the Gerlitzen Alpe’s skiing, trail biking, and hiking area.


Highlights & Panoramic Views
From the 20-square-meter loggia (balcony on two sides), enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Carinthian lakes (Lake Ossiach, Lake Faak, and Lake Wörthersee) as well as the majestic peaks of the Karawanken, Julian, and Carnic Alps. An absolute highlight of the property: the free indoor pool with panoramic views and an on-site restaurant.


COMFORTABLE AMENITIES

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1 bedroom with a double bed,
1 children’s room with 3 beds, and
1 double sofa bed in the living room.

LIVING AREA & AMENITIES:
Cosy living area with satellite TV, DVD player, radio, and free Wi-Fi (for up to 10 devices).

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and toaster.
A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are provided.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom and toilet are separate for more privacy.

SMALL CHILDREN:
A travel cot and a high chair are available.

OTHER:
Free parking (1 vehicle) in front of the house;
each additional vehicle costs 2 € per day;
Heated ski storage

An important note regarding your stay:
Since I suffer from severe allergies myself, our apartment is completely smoke-free, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs.

WINTER VACATION right on the slopes
The ski school and the modern lifts at Gerlitzen Alpe are within easy walking distance. Look forward to family-friendly runs, a halfpipe, panoramic cross-country trails, toboggan runs, and rustic alpine huts.
After a day of skiing, you can safely store your gear in the hotel’s heated ski storage room.

SUMMER – MOUNTAIN & LAKE VACATIONS
In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Paragliding, archery, and a climbing adventure park are also available.
Down on the northern shore of Lake Ossiach, you can enjoy swimming, surfing, sailing, water skiing, and horseback riding.
Thanks to its perfect location in the border triangle, day trips to Italy or Slovenia are easily accessible.



ADDITIONAL COSTS and important INFORMATION about booking

Additional fees: A flat fee of 4 € per adult per night is charged on site (includes the visitor’s tax, lodging fee, and road usage/tolls).
After booking confirmation, I will need the following information for all guests:
Name, address, date of birth.

Final cleaning: 90 €
