Vacanza fortunata e splendida!

La struttura è fantastica. Il servizio eccelle in tutto. Quello che ho gradito meno è la stanza che mi è stata data. All'ultimo piano senza clima. (Il pom. batte il sole e di conseguenza la stanza diventa sauna)

Really good and value for money!

A really perfect hotel for a ski holiday/stay in Madonna di Campiglio. All staff is really friendly and focused on the guests’ wellbeing. Although only located 300-400 from closest skilift, the hotel ski shuttle is always available for transport to all ”hubs” and free och charge for the three main ones. Nice food all week, good spa/sauna facilities and just a short walk from the main square/main street makes this a hotel we really would like to return to!

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Impeccabile la pulizia e il riordino delle stanze. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e la cucina è degna di nota. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero interessante! Se avremo modo ritorneremo di sicuro.

Posto meraviglioso ma personale un po lacunoso

Albergo, location e camera veramente ottimi, dispiace solo far notare che la sera del nostro pernottamento in hotel, con camera a piano terra vicino alla reception, fino alle ore 22 e 30 circa non abbiamo avuto una tranquillità per via di alcuni bambini che correvano e gridavano nella hall, nonostante in struttura ci fosse una stanza adibita al gioco dei bambini, non abbiamo fatto notare la cosa alla reception subito, ma la mattina al check-out abbiamo fatto presente la cosa e la receptionist che era in servizio anche la sera ci ha candidamente risposto che non erano in grado di gestire la cosa... in un hotel 4 stelle con stanza giochi per i bambini mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso, ma soprattutto una professionalità diversa da parte sia della receptionist che proprietà (ammesso che ne sia stata messa a conoscenza dalla receptionist). Mi spiace ma non consiglierei questo hotel a degli amici e soprattutto cercherò di evitarlo.

Hotel non nuovo ma molto ben tenuto, pulitissimo, personale eccezionalmente gentile e presente. Servizio colazione adeguato e ristorante annesso molto buono. Sicuramente tirneremo ad essere loro ospiti.

Very nice Hotel with lots of facilities like, small swimming pool, gym, sauna, ski room, free ski shuttle and so on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but some improvement can be done.

Ruhiges Hotel mit sehr großzügigen Gastgebern

Wir erhielten ein besseres Zimmer, weil dies frei war. Parken, Wellness ... inklusive, nicht wie sonst häufig alles extra zu zahlen! Auch der Shuttle zu den Liften war dabei, und dazu noch zu jeder Zeit. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Das Zimmer war warm, nicht riesig, aber hübsch + gute Betten. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Hi all, We did stay at hotel Diana and it had the service you ever could find. So helpful staff is not easy to find. The owner drove us to the lift on day for hiking, and the other day they drove us up to the top station (the lift was not more open because of the season. Exellent breakfast and absolutly nothing to complain about.
