"It’s been several years since we last stayed and the locker area have changed, not for the better. Seems dated now and some amenities were taken out. They did a poor job of cleaning our room and hallways. No vacuuming at all during our three day stay. "

"I called the hotel directly to see if I could book a pool party for my daughter's birthday. They said i needed to book two rooms for 6-9 kids to swim. Then when we all showed up they said only kids who are booked with a room can swim. I called them 3 different times to confirm over the course of the past two months!! Completely unacceptable!! Get your staff on the same page! Horrible! I have ZERO shame in admitting I still let all the kids swim. YOUR staff flat out lied to me on multiple occasions! I wasn't about to ruin my daughter's birthday because grown adults are incompetent!"
